Join FACL and the OBA CCCA for a discussion of cyber security and our fall social!
October is Cyber Security Awareness Month – an annual campaign that takes place internationally, including in the United States, in Europe and in Canada. All organizations, large or small, public or private, are affected by constantly evolving cyber risks, which are an enterprise-wide risk management issue. With increasingly frequent reports of cyber-attacks, in-house counsel are increasingly concerned about ensuring that a proper cyber risk management strategy is in place before a data breach or other compromise of confidential information or personal information occurs.
To help highlight the importance of cyber security, and provide practical tips to address cyber security concerns, the CCCA Ontario Chapter and FACL Ontario are hosting a joint social event at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP’s Toronto offices to connect peers from the legal community and to discuss cyber security issues. This is a great opportunity to expand your network. We look forward to seeing you!
Appetizers and cocktails will be served, sponsored by Borden Ladner Gervais LLP!
